Faq's

Delivery

Of course. All orders are shipped from Barcelona (Spain) to any location worldwide.

Current shipping rates are:

  • To EE.UU., Canada, Asia and Oceania is set at $18.
  • To Europe: 8€ to a pickup store/locker and 13€ for home deliveries.
  • To UK: 9€ to a pickup store/locker and 15€ for home deliveries.
  • To my friends from Spain, 1€ pickups and 4€ home deliveries.
  • To other destinations 24€

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Delivery within 3-6 business days for EU and 3-20 business days for worldwide.
If you purchase a made-to-order product, please allow a timeframe from a few days up to a maximum of two weeks for shipping.

International shipping will be free for orders over €160 and national (Spain) over €70. Sometimes we offer limited periods of worldwide free shipping. These periods will be announced on the social media.

Once your package is ready, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier link. If you have any problems with your tracking number, contact to [email protected] and I will respond as soon as possible.

In most cases I ship internationally at no additional charge to the customer. However, in some cases there is no choice and then the recipient will be responsible for any extra charges. By placing an order with international shipping, you accept the possibility and responsibility for any customs fees or import duties.

If you do not pay customs and your parcel is returned back to me safely, I will refund total amount minus:

  • The initial shipping cost
  • The return shipping cost/duties charged by the courier.
  • Any taxtes or fees charged by the payment platform.

This packages take a long time to arrive back to me and sometimes your local customs body can choose to dispose of the parcel should it be refused. In this case we will not process a refund.

Important: This policy is not applicable to custom orders or made-to-order items.

Shipping address can be changed before the shipment is processed. Once it has been processed and sent, the customer must contact the courier company adding the correct address.

Just in the case of packages that have been returned to me due to incorrect address or non-collection, the customer can choose to receive a refund (minus the shipping costs and fees), or re-ship at their expense, including custom duties for international shipments.  Please, it is crucial to double-check all order details before payment. Aritza cannot be responsible for any such incidents resulting from an incorrect address.

Aritza cannot be held responsible for an error by the courier company. Anyway, I will provide undoubtedly help to track and locate any lost package. Do not hesitate to reach out.


Payment

Multiple payment options are available: Pay in 3 installments without fees with Klarna. Or with a credit or debit card, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay, Cash App or Venmo.

Refunds / Cancellations

Aritza is a small business operated by one lone person so returns and replacements will only be accepted under these conditions:

  • If your item arrives damaged or broken, I will provide a free replacement.
  • If you receive an item that is not the correct order, I will facilitate an easy return process.

With the exception of damaged or incorrect items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Your order can only be cancelled before it is processed. After this period, which usually takes just a few hours, I will be unable to cancel your order. All the orders made are processed immediately so, make sure you are certain you want to buy your items before completing the checkout.


About Products 

Except some one offs with a complicated design, most pieces can be reproduced. However, bear in mind that may have small variations that are the result of the artisanal process and manual production.

No. Each piece always has a protective and antioxidant solution as a final touch in its creation. This way the jewel will be better protected and ready for prolonged use.

In most cases, it is possible. You can find available sizes in the product page description. Unfortunately, in some cases the rings are one size fits all and it is not possible to resize them.

Yes. I offer free repair service. You will have to cover all shipping costs for the process. Once I have repaired the piece, you must pay the shipping cost again and I will send it back to you. If you live in Spain I will cover my end of shipping back to you.


Commissions

Yes! If you are interested in ordering a custom piece, you can fill out this form or send a DM with all the necessary info.

Currently, no prior deposit is required. In any case, it is so important to read the terms on the 'commission policy' page.
