Shipping
Worldwide shipping from Barcelona. Home deliveries are available, as well as pickup or locker options.
It is very important to provide accurate details during payment (full name, country, city, address, and email). I will personally notify you when your package has shipped (if I have your Instagram), and you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any order information.
Aritza is not responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect address.
Orders are ready within 1-3 business days, with delivery in 3-6 business days for the EU and 3-20 business days for worldwide destinations. I will do my best to provide an estimated delivery time, but I cannot guarantee the exact arrival date.
If you prefer store pickup or locker delivery, please provide the address of your preferred nearby pickup point in the notes section during payment.
Fees
- Flat shipping fee to the USA, Canada, and Asia: $18.
- To Europe: €8 for pickup store/locker, €13 for home deliveries.
- To the UK: €9 for pickup store/locker, €15 for home deliveries.
- For friends in Spain: store pickups are €1, home deliveries are €4.
- Delivery time to Spain is typically 1-3 business days.
A fast delivery option is available for each case (delivery prices are provided at checkout).
Free shipping is available for orders over €160. Please use the code "WWFR3" at checkout.
Taxes & Duties
In most cases, I offer international shipping at no additional charge to the customer. However, in some instances, this may not be possible, and those orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival at the final destination. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any additional import charges imposed by your country's customs regulations.
In these cases, any charges are the responsibility of the recipient, are not included at checkout, and must be paid upon receipt of the package. Please check with your local customs office for more information before making your purchase.
Repair policy
Feel free to reach out if you have any issues with your jewelry. I am happy to repair items free of charge. I do not require a repair deposit, only that you cover the shipping costs for the process. Once the item is repaired, you will need to pay for the return shipping, and I will send it back to you.
If you are located in Spain, I will cover the return shipping costs.
Commission policy
Currently, no deposit is required when ordering a custom piece. The conditions regarding this can be found on the "Commissions Policy" page.

Returns & Replacements
Aritza is a small business run by a single person, so returns and replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:
❦ If your item arrives damaged or broken, I will provide a free replacement. (Please provide clear photos of the damaged or broken item).
❦ If you receive an incorrect item, I will facilitate an easy return process.
Except for damaged or incorrect items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons other than those mentioned above.
Please note that the request must be made within 1-15 days of receiving the item. Also items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Once the parcel is returned to me, customers will be refunded the original order amount or the correct item will be sent, depending on your preference.

Unclaimed Shipments
Just in the case of packages that have been returned to me due to incorrect address or non-collection, the customer can choose to receive a refund (minus the shipping costs and fees), or re-ship at their expense, including custom duties for international shipments.
Please, it is crucial to double-check all order details before payment. Aritza cannot be responsible for any such incidents resulting from an incorrect address or oversight of the customer.
Finally, we cannot be responsible for any missing or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to me due to rejected parcels or failed customs/taxes payment attempts.
